Sixteen years also teaches you where film jobs go wrong, and it is almost never the film. It is dust left on the glass, an edge that was not wrapped, a panel that was not decontaminated, or a coating laid over swirls that should have been polished out first. Those are the steps nobody sees when they pick their car up. They are also the steps I will not skip, no matter how busy the week gets.
Nobody else works on your vehicle here. When you call, you get me. When you drop off, I take the keys. The person who quotes your job is the person who does it, and if anything ever needs a second look, you already know exactly who to talk to.
