Auto Armor Owasso (“we”, “us”) is a one-person automotive shop in Owasso, Oklahoma. We do window tint, paint protection film, ceramic coating, and home, office and commercial glass. This policy explains what information we collect from our customers and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and address.
- Your vehicle: year, make, model and VIN.
- The work we do for you: appointments, estimates, invoices, payments, and before-and-after photos of the job.
- Messages, calls and emails you send us.
Card payments go through our payment processor. We do not keep your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information only to run our shop for you:
- to book, perform and follow up on your service;
- to send estimates, invoices and receipts;
- to remind you of appointments, send care instructions after your service, ask once for a review after a completed job, and answer your questions.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we text you about your appointments and your vehicle. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop getting texts, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell or rent your information. The only outside parties that handle it are the service providers that help us run the shop. Our phone and texting provider delivers our messages, our payment processor handles card payments, and our email and scheduling tools let us contact you. Each one uses it only to provide that service to us. We also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and service records for as long as they are useful for your warranty and service history, or as long as tax and business rules require.
Your choices
